Developed game business logic for PalGam — an innovative mix of GameFi and GambleFi built on smart contracts (EVM), account abstraction, Solidity, Hardhat, and related technologies.

Games are the best sandbox for learning how users actually interact with contracts.

Competed at ETHGlobal Istanbul during Devconnect week — my first in-person hackathon experience, building under pressure alongside developers from around the world.

Co-founded a Web3 gaming startup with ambitious on-chain mechanics. Despite strong technical progress, we could not find product-market fit and chose to shut down — a costly but invaluable lesson.

Attended and volunteered at Devcon 7 in Bangkok — the biggest Devcon yet with 12,500+ attendees from 130 countries. Contributed to an event that brought the global Ethereum community together.

Collaborated on educational video content for Instagram — bringing blockchain conversations to Persian-speaking audiences.

Built toward a Web3 mini-app marketplace on emerging platforms. Learned about distribution, UX friction, and ecosystem timing — but the market was not ready and we pivoted away.

Traveled to Dubai for TOKEN2049 — one of the largest crypto gatherings in the world. Met founders, investors, and builders shaping where Web3 goes next.

Global events compress years of networking into a single week.

Attempted to build a dedicated community platform for Persian Web3 developers. Strong early engagement, but sustaining growth and moderation proved harder than building the tech.

Communities are grown, not deployed. Technology is only the venue.

Volunteered at Devconnect Argentina 2025 — the first Ethereum World's Fair in Buenos Aires. Part of 200+ global volunteers supporting registrations, community hubs, and onboarding for a week of innovation and real-world Ethereum adoption.

The Ethereum ecosystem is built by the community, for the community.

Won an accommodation scholarship for Invisible Garden — a pop-up city for Ethereum builders in Buenos Aires. Lived and worked alongside developers, researchers, and founders for intensive co-building.

Pop-up cities are where the future gets prototyped in real time.

2025 became less about what I shipped and more about who I met — collaborators, mentors, and friends across Dubai, Buenos Aires, and online who reshaped how I think about building.

The right people at the right time matter more than any tech stack.
